Fund Objective

The objective of the Fund is to provide growth by tracking the performance of the MSCI World SRI Index, the “Benchmark Index”. This objective is after the deduction of charges and taxation. The Benchmark Index is comprised of shares in developed markets. The Index provides exposure to companies with outstanding environmental, social and governance (ESG) ratings and excludes companies who have a negative social or environmental impact. The Fund is a Replicating Fund as it seeks to replicate as closely as possible the constituents of the Benchmark Index, less those constituents excluded by the ethical screening methodology, by holding all, or substantially all, of the remaining shares in companies in the Benchmark Index in similar proportions to their weightings in the Benchmark Index. The Fund will have exposure to assets that are included in the Benchmark Index. The Fund may also invest in shares in companies which are reasonably expected to become part of the Benchmark Index in the near future or are an alternative to a constituent of the Benchmark Index and collective investment schemes, including those managed or operated by the Manager or an associate of the Manager as well as money market instruments (such as treasury bills), cash and deposits. The Fund may only hold derivatives for Efficient Portfolio Management purposes."
