Hiten Savani is a Portfolio Manager at Fidelity Worldwide Investment From 1st October 2013 he began co-managing a range of systematic equity strategies alongside Matt Jones. Prior to his current role he was an Investment Director with multiple areas of focus including publishing white papers on thematic investment matters and institutional product strategy. Formerly a Strategist at Goldman Sachs Hiten has carried out research and authored papers on broad range of subjects from global asset allocation to risk appetite and style rotation within European equities. Hiten has also worked in Africa with the UN and World Bank as well as others on matters of Financial Sector Development, and has over 10 years investment experience.

Matt Jones is a Portfolio Manager at Fidelity Worldwide Investment. He has been responsible for the day-to-day management of a range of systematic equity strategies since 1st July 2011, prior to 1st February 2012 as part of Fidelity's Applied Research Group, and since 1st October 2013 co-managing alongside Hiten Savani. Prior to this, he had worked in a dedicated role assisting in the management of these portfolios since the start of 2010, and has provided manager back up even before then as a member of Fidelity's quantitative team. Having previously worked in quantitative research at JPMorgan and Bankers Trust, Matt has over 15 years of quantitative research experience
