Before joining the Thematic Equities team in 2020, Jan worked for three years in the Finance team at Pictet Asset Management. Jan started his career as a Financial Auditor, at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Switzerland. Jan is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter holder and holds a Master's degree in Finance from Bocconi University in Milan.

Gertjan began his career in 2000 at Fortis MeesPierson as an asset manager in the Private Banking division. Gertjan graduated with a degree in Business Economics and Financial Economics from the Free University of Amsterdam. He is a certified EFFAS (European Federation of Financial Analysts Societies) financial analyst.

In 1997, he joined Pictet Asset Management in Geneva as Senior Investment Manager for international equities. He held the same role in London from 1999 to 2001. Hans Peter holds a Master's in Economics from the University of Bern, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder.
