I've recently changed my nominated bank account, why can't I withdraw?

We always need to make sure it’s you who’s requested to change their nominated bank account. To do this, we send you a validation code in the post.   

It usually takes 2-3 days for your code to arrive but will often depend on the speed of the postal service. We send codes out using 1st class postage.  

When it does arrive, enter it after having logged in to confirm your new details. You will be able to withdraw after that.   

Please factor this in when planning any withdrawals, or changes to your nominated bank account.
