Planning to retire? How to organise your pensions
Let us know your details and we'll call you back
To make sure you retire on your own terms, all it takes is a little planning and some smart saving. It can also help to speak with an expert.
During your telephone appointment you’ll get answers to your questions, but you won’t get personal advice on what’s right for your circumstances. We can talk through your current plans and explain:
- How you could use your pension to plug the income drop when you semi-retire
- How to find old pensions and consolidate your pensions
- Pension options at retirement, including how to get a guaranteed pension income
- Why and how to get free Pension Wise guidance
Important information - What you do with your pension is an important decision that you might not be able to change. You should check you're making the right decision for your circumstances and that you understand all your options and their risks. The government's free and impartial Pension Wise service can also help you understand what type of pension you have and your options at retirement. Pension and tax rules can change (minimum pension age is set to rise from 55 to 57 from 2028), and benefits will depend on your circumstances. Check for loss of benefits and exit fees before transferring a pension. Seek advice if you’re not sure what’s right for you.
