Echo Energy plc is a United Kingdom-based holding company. The Company is focused on developing as a full-cycle exploration led, gas focused exploration and production company. Its Santa Cruz Sur portfolio is a collection of five production concessions located in the onshore Austral Basin, southern Argentina. It has an existing oil and gas business in the Santa Cruz Sur Basin in Argentina. Its Tesoro Gold Concession is located in the prolific Nazca-Ocona gold corridor, south of Lima in Arequipa. Its Huaraz area in Northern Peru has a wealth of tailings from historical polymetallic mining and processing activities, which contain variable grades of gold and silver. Its Ana Lucia Project consists of a group of concessions, approximately 80 kilometers (km) from the city of Huaraz, that cover 2,100 hectares. The Ana Lucia Project comprises a system of 17 identified quartz-tourmaline breccias which contain lead, zinc sulphides with anomalous silver, and gold.
