Lyra Bidco Limited have made an offer to buy Hipgnosis Songs fund Ltd for USD1.31 in cash per share.

 

Sterling option

 

If the takeover goes ahead, the cash will be received in US Dollars and converted to Sterling upon receipt subject to the prevailing exchange rate at the time and our standard currency conversion fee of 1%.

 

If you do not want HL to do the conversion, you can elect to receive the cash directly in Sterling.

 

The amount you will receive will be based on the average market exchange rate obtained by the company over one or more business days around the effective date, less any transaction and dealing costs associated with the conversion. We’ll be unable to confirm the exact rate that you will receive and whether this option will be more favourable.
