Objective
Mobius Investment Trust plc’s objective is to deliver long-term absolute returns. The Company will seek to meet its investment objective by investing in a diversified portfolio of companies exposed directly or indirectly to emerging or frontier markets. The Company will invest predominantly in: companies incorporated in and/or traded on stock exchanges located in emerging or frontier markets; or companies which have the majority of their operations, or earn a significant amount of their revenues in, emerging or frontier markets but are traded on stock exchanges located in developed countries. The Company will focus on small to mid-cap companies.

Fee Structure
The monthly Investment Management Fee shall be equal to 1/12th of the aggregate of i 1.00%. of Fund Value up to and including GBP 500m ii 0.85%. of Fund Value over GBP 500m and up to and including GBP 1b and iii 0.75% of Fund Value over GBP 1b. Contract terminable by giving a 12 months notice.
Dividend Policy
It is policy of the Company to pursue capital growth for shareholders as well as income. Many of the companies in which the Company invests are relatively young businesses to which the Company is committed for the long term. Investment Manager of the Company is drawn to companies with excellent returns on capital with the ability to expand as well as generate dividends. The Company will comply with the investment trust rules regarding distributable income, which require investment trusts to retain no more than 15% of their income each year. The Company will only pay the minimum dividend required to maintain investment trust status.

Manager Bio
Carlos von Hardenberg is senior vice president and the Director of Frontier Markets Strategy for the Templeton Emerging Markets Group. In this capacity, he is responsible for setting the overall strategy for his respective area, providing guidance and thought leadership, coordinating appropriate resources and coverage, and leveraging the group's expertise to add value across products within the strategy. In addition, he is the portfolio manager for the Templeton Emerging Markets Investment Trust PLC, and collaborates on the Global Emerging Markets strategies.
Prior to joining Franklin Templeton in 2002, Mr. von Hardenberg was an analyst in the Corporate Finance Department for Bear Stearns International in London. He entered the financial services industry in 1999.
Mr. von Hardenberg holds a M.Sc., with distinction, in investment management from London City University Business School (UK) and a B.Sc., with honors, in business studies from the University of Buckingham (UK). He speaks German, English and Spanish.
