Fee Structure

The Investment Manager receives a fee equal to 0.65% p.a. of the NAV of Company. The performance fee amounts to 15% of any outperformance of the NAV over the benchmark index. The Company may be terminated by either party giving notice of not less than 12 months.

Dividend Policy

It is the policy to pay out dividends to shareholders at least to the extent required to maintain investment trust status for each financial year. Such dividends will typically be paid twice a year by means of an interim dividend and a final dividend.
