(Sharecast News) - Energy and water efficiency solutions provider Eneraqua has tapped John Samuel to take over as chief financial officer, effective 4 November.
Eneraqua said on Friday that Samuel will take the reins from James Lamb, who has been serving as interim CFO since March 2024. Lamb will move to the role of finance director for Cenergist and group financial controller.
The AIM-listed group noted that Samuel will join from Hargreaves Services, where he was most recently group finance director. Prior to this, he held executive board positions at Renew Holdings, Zetex and Filtronic.
Chairman Guy Stenhouse said: "We are delighted to welcome John to Eneraqua, as such a highly regarded and experienced plc CFO. His appointment follows an extensive search to secure a high-calibre candidate. With his wealth of experience leading plc's and his successful track record driving growth, we are confident that John will be an excellent addition to the senior leadership team."
As of 1005 BST, Eneraqua shares were up 3.53% at 44.0p.
