(Sharecast News) - Gamma Communications announced plans to transition to the premium listing segment of London's main market on Monday, targeting completion by mid-2025.

The AIM-traded firm said the decision followed shareholder consultations, and aligned with its strategic ambitions.

Its board said it had initiated the necessary preparations, including appointing advisers, with final approval pending from the Financial Conduct Authority.

Gamma said it saw the move as an opportunity to bolster its market reputation and support its growth across European jurisdictions.

At 1123 GMT, shares in Gamma Communications were up 0.25% at 1,584p.
