New Property Franchise Group CFO to start in January

(Sharecast News) - Multi-brand property franchisor the Property Franchise Group announced on Thursday that, after a transition period, Ben Dodds was being fully appointed as its chief financial officer, effective 2 January.

The AIM-traded firm said Dodds was succeeding David Raggett, who would remain with the group to oversee a number of ongoing projects.

"On behalf of the board, I would like to thank David for his significant contribution to our group," said chief executive officer Gareth Samples.

"I have worked closely with David and I am very grateful for his drive and determination which has helped to deliver the transformational growth the Property Franchise Group has achieved over the past four years."

Samples added that he was "delighted" to welcome Dodds to the board.

"Ben brings with him a wealth of experience.

"In his first three months with us, he has demonstrated an outstanding level of energy and enthusiasm coupled with real perceptive insight into the exciting challenges the group faces.

"I am very much looking forward to working with him as we deliver the next growth phase of our journey."

At 1217 GMT, shares in the Property Franchise Group were down 1.49% at 396p.
