Brooks Macdonald expands in East Anglia with Lucas Fettes acquisition

(Sharecast News) - Brooks Macdonald Group announced the completion of its acquisition of Lucas Fettes Financial Planning, a Norwich-based financial planning provider, on Monday.

The AIM-traded firm said the transaction would see Lucas Fettes integrated into Brooks Macdonald's Direct Wealth division.

It said the acquisition would strengthen its financial planning capabilities and expand its footprint in East Anglia, aligning with its strategic growth objectives.

"I'm excited to formally welcome our new colleagues into the group expanding our expertise in financial planning to serve more clients across the UK," said chief executive officer Andrea Montague.

At 1104 GMT, shares in Brooks Macdonald Group were down 1.91% at 1,589p.
