I can't find a particular investment on your website, what should I do?

If you can’t find an investment you’re interested in buying, it could be that we do not offer it yet. 

To check whether it can be added to the website, send us a secure message including the: 

• investment name 
• exchange the investment trades on 
• ticker or EPIC code 
• amount you’re looking to invest 

It can take 2-3 weeks to reply, as we have to check with third parties to see if it’s possible to offer the investment. 

Investments we cannot offer

There are certain investments we cannot offer, including: 

• Over the Counter (OTC) stocks 
• US or Canadian Exchange Traded Funds 
• US Mutual Funds 
• any overseas investment we cannot access (see the full list on our overseas share dealing page).
