How to change your income options

If any of your investments generate an income, there are several things you can do with the money. Here's how to change your income preferences.

Before you start

You will need your login details to hand. If you have not yet set these up by registering for online access, you can register here.

Log in online to see your accounts.
Select ‘Account Settings’ from the options above your account overview.
Select the ‘Withdrawals, income and loyalty bonus’ option on the left-hand side of the screen.
In the ‘Income instructions’ box you will see the current income option on your account.
Select ‘Edit income instructions’.
Select your preferred income option.
Select ‘Save’ to confirm.

Changes to your income instruction made on or after the 9th of the month will take effect in the first ten days of the following month.
