How to transfer from Equiniti, Link or Computershare

If you have shares with Equiniti, Link or Computershare, you can transfer them to HL and choose which account to hold them in.

Before you start

  • Make sure you have read and understood the risks and Terms and Conditions (including our charges).  
  • You should understand any fees your current provider may charge for transferring away. This will be included on the transfer form.

How to transfer

  1. Download and complete the "Transfer into the Fund and Share Account" form.
  2. Download and complete the relevant transfer form for the shares you hold.
  3. Send your completed forms, and a cheque for any fees, to:
