Shareholders approved this takeover at meetings held on 14 January 2025. The takeover still needs court approval at a hearing on 10 February 2025. If the takeover is approved, the effective date has been confirmed as 12 February 2025.

 

The company has given an alternative to the cash option, of 0.0916 of a Warpaint London Plc share per Brand Architekts Group plc share held.
