BWA Group plc is a United Kingdom-based mineral exploration investment company. The Company has mineral exploration licenses in both Cameroon and Canada at various stages of development from grass roots to advanced exploration. The Company invests in the rutile sands project in Cameroon through its subsidiary, BWA Resources Cameroon Limited (BWARC). Its other subsidiary company in Canada, Kings of the North Corp (KOTN), is engaged in maintaining the licenses in the two remaining claim areas, Winterhouse and Isoukustouc. BWARC has carried out further exploration work on the two claims at Nkoteng and Dehane. Its Dehane 2 rutile sands Licence, located in Central Cameroon, covers an area of about 54 square kilometers and includes an additional 14 kilometers (km) of strike length of the Nyong river system, an area known to be prospective for Ilmenite, Rutile, Zircon, and Kyanite heavy mineral sand mineralization.
