Hydrogen Utopia International PLC is a United Kingdom-based company, which is engaged in converting non-recyclable mixed waste plastic into carbon-free fuels, new materials or distributed renewable heat. The Company is working to create a project pipeline of Hydrogen Utopia waste plastic to syngas and hydrogen plants on the European Continent. The Company's facility uses non-recyclable mixed waste plastic as feedstock and turns it into syngas from which new products and energy can be produced. Its technology comprises a multi-stage thermal process, converting plastics at temperature, in a sealed, oxygen free environment. It has a joint venture with Powerhouse Energy Group PLC for the development of a greenfield site and building of a waste plastic to hydrogen plant at Fisherstown Energy Park in County Longford, Ireland. The Company has exercised its option to acquire approximately 49% of Ohrid Organics Limited.
