The investigational Diabetes Bloc-Stim Neuromodulation (DBSN) system utilizes a vagus nerve block and stimulation technology platform for the treatment of type II diabetes and metabolic disorders. The Obalon balloon technology is a non-surgical, swallowable, gas-filled intra-gastric balloon that is designed to provide long-lasting weight loss. Its ReShape Calibration tubes are multifunctional devices compared to reusable bougies and disposable gastric tubes. Its Lap-Band 2.0, like the original Lap-Band System, is designed to provide minimally invasive long-term treatment of severe obesity.
