Rockhopper Exploration plc is a United Kingdom-based oil and gas exploration and production company with key interests in the North Falkland Basin (NFB). The Company is an acreage holder in the Falkland Islands, holding interests in the NFB and in the South and East Falkland Basin. In the NFB, the Company holds about 35% interest in license PL032 and PL033. Also, it holds a 35% interest in PL004A, which contains the Isobel-Elaine discovery, PL004B, which contains the Zebedee discovery, and PL004C. It is an operator of licenses PL011, PL012 and PL014 in the South and East Falkland Basin and holds 100% working interest in each. Its Italian assets include AC19 and Monte Grosso. It has about 15% working interest in AC19 and 23% working interest in Monte Grosso. Monte Grosso is an onshore undrilled oil prospect located on trend with Val d’Agri and Tempa Rossa. Additionally, it has various licenses and concessions.
