Objective

To provide Shareholders with a regular and attractive level of income return together with the potential for long term income and capital growth through investing in commercial real estate in Continental Europe. The Company may invest directly in real estate assets (both listed and unlisted) or through investment in special purpose vehicles, partnerships, trusts or other structures. The Company will invest principally in the office, retail, logistics and light industrial property sectors. It may also invest in other sectors including, but not limited to, leisure, residential, healthcare, hotels and student accommodation.

Fee Structure

Annual fee at the rate of 1.1% of the EPRA NAV of the Group less than or equal to GBP 500m, 1% of the EPRA NAV greater than GBP 500m. The Agreement can be terminated by either party on not less than 12 months written notice.

Dividend Policy

The Company aims to deliver a growing, fully covered dividend. In line with the Board’s policy, it is expected that interim dividends on the Company’s ordinary shares will continue to be declared and paid quarterly

Jeff O'Dwyer is a Fund Manager, Schroder REIM at Schroders, where he is lead manager of the Schroder European Investment Trust (SEREIT) a €250m publicly listed company that invests in winning cities in continental Europe. She joined Schroders in 2015 and is based in London. Jeff was a Director at Pacific Real Estate Capital Partners from 2010 to 2014, where he was responsible for sourcing investments in Europe. Based in London. She was a Senior Advisor at Capital Insight from 2009 to 2010, which involved advising on social housing initiatives for NSW Government. She was a Director, Investment Management at UBS Real Estate from 2003 to 2008, where he is responsible for managing portfolio bid process in Europe. She was an Associate, Capital Transactions at Lend Lease Real Estate Investment from 2001 to 2003, which involved investment analysis and management of acquisition due diligence.
