The board of Chelverton UK Dividend Trust PLC is proposing to wind up the SDV 2025 ZDP plc subsidiary. You can take no action in relation to your holding in SDV 2025 ZDP plc and receive cash, or elect to receive new shares in SDV ZDP 3031 plc.

 

You have two options to consider before our deadline of noon on Tuesday 8 April 2025.

 

What are my options?

 

Option 1 - Cash option (DEFAULT). You can elect to receive 133.18 pence per share. If you would like this option, you do not need to take any action.

 

Option 2 - Rollover into SDV ZDP 3031 plc. As an alternative to cash option, you can rollover some or all of your holding into SDV 3031 plc shares.
