The Company has a 98.64% shareholding in Canoel Italia S.r.l., which holds various working interests in over 13 onshore exploration and production properties in Italy. It has a 99.87% shareholding in Leopard Energy Inc., which is engaged in software development. It also has a 5% royalty interest in a package of seven producing wells located in the Eagle Ford Shale, Lavaca County, Texas. The Company is seeking to acquire additional oil and gas assets in Asia, the United States and other areas to complement its existing assets in Italy.
