Zenith Energy Ltd. is a Canada-based independent energy company with energy production, exploration and development assets in North Africa, the United States and Europe. The Company is focused on development of energy production assets, as well as low-risk exploration activities in assets with existing production. Its wholly owned subsidiary, Compagnie Du Desert Ltd (CDD), holds a 100% interest in the El Bibane and Robbana concessions in Tunisia. The Company has a 98.64% shareholding in Canoel Italia S.r.l., which holds various working interests in over 13 onshore exploration and production properties in Italy. It has a 99.87% shareholding in Leopard Energy Inc., which is engaged in software development. It also has a 5% royalty interest in a package of seven producing wells located in the Eagle Ford Shale, Lavaca County, Texas. The Company is seeking to acquire additional oil and gas assets in Asia, the United States and other areas to complement its existing assets in Italy.
