(Sharecast News) - Consultancy Elixirr International declared an interim dividend of 6.3p per share for the year ending 31 December on Friday.

The AIM-traded firm said the distribution aligned with its policy of issuing two annual dividends, with the interim payout following the financial year, and a final dividend distributed in August.

It said the interim dividend, totalling about 3m, would be funded from its operating cash flow.

Shareholders on the register as of 24 January would be eligible for the payment, with an ex-dividend date of 23 January.

The dividend was scheduled to be distributed on 17 February.
