(Sharecast News) - Manolete Partners announced on Tuesday that the Competition and Appeals Tribunal has rescheduled the trial window for the second wave of truck cartel claims, moving it from November this year to late September 2026.

The AIM-traded firm said the hearing was expected to last around 12 weeks.

It said the change followed a significant number of applications from various interested parties.

Manolete said it was continuing to engage in settlement discussions, but where agreements were not reached, cases would proceed to trial as scheduled.

The company, which specialises in insolvency litigation financing, said it was focussed on progressing the claims and maximising recoveries for stakeholders.

At 1419 GMT, shares in Manolete Partners were down 0.97% at 102p.
