Pressure Technologies announces plans to change name

(Sharecast News) - Pressure Technologies announced plans to change its name on Wednesday, to Chesterfield Special Cylinders Holdings, with a new ticker symbol, 'CSC'.

The AIM-traded company said the proposed rebranding would be subject to shareholder approval at its annual general meeting in March.

At 1038 GMT, shares in Pressure Technologies were down 9.12% at 34.99p.
