(Sharecast News) - Foams manufacturer Zotefoams revealed on Monday that chief financial officer Gary McGrath will retire from the group in 2025.

Zotefoams said a search process for McGrath's successor was already underway and that he will remain in his existing role until 31 October, or longer if required, as part of a managed succession process.

Chief executive Ronan Cox said: "I would like to thank Gary for his exceptional contribution to Zotefoams over the past nine years, during which revenue has grown from 53.9m to 147.8m and underlying profit before tax has grown three-fold.

"His financial leadership and strategic vision, particularly during the volatile market conditions the industry has experienced in recent years, has positioned the company strongly for future success and we wish him all the best in his retirement."

As of 1105 GMT, HSS shares were down 4.53% at 5.83p.
