My fund trade is still pending, what is happening?

The time it takes to price and process your trade varies, so it’s normal for your trade status not to update immediately. 

Your trade is always priced and dealt at the next available point, which is usually midday the next working day. The fund manager can then take up to five days to confirm the final fund price, although in most cases it takes less than 24 hours. 

Your Pending Orders summary will update as soon as your trade has been confirmed. Your completed trade will then show in your Transaction History once the money or investments are in your account.
