The Company’s principal strategic partner relationship is with the Trust’s Investment Manager, Acheron Capital Ltd, which provides investment management services. The Company seeks to generate long-term returns for investors by investing in the life settlement market, through each of the separate Share Classes. The Company has not established target rates of return with respect to its investments.
