Aminex PLC is an upstream oil and gas company. The Company is engaged in the exploration, appraisal, development, and production of oil and gas assets, reserves, and resources. The Company's segments include Producing Oil and Gas Properties, Exploration Activities, and Oilfield Services. Its asset portfolio includes Ruvuma PSA, Kiliwani North Development Licence, and Nyuni Area PSA. The Ruvuma PSA comprises two exploration licenses, such as Mtwara and Lindi. Kiliwani North Development Licence is engaged in the development and production in Tanzania. In Nyuni Area PSA, the Company is focused on structural and stratigraphic targets in shallow water close to existing infrastructure, and multi-trillion cubic feet (TCF) resources are also identified and the area is adjacent to producing gas fields. The Company’s wholly owned subsidiaries include Aminex Petroleum Services Limited, Tanzoil N.L., and Osceola Hydrocarbons PLC.
