ANLBC’s ballpark is located in Cobb County, a suburb of Atlanta, and is leased from Cobb County, Cobb-Marietta Coliseum and Exhibit Hall Authority. Braves Holdings, through affiliated entities and third-party development partners, develops a significant portion of the land around Truist Park for a mixed-use development that features retail, office, hotel and entertainment opportunities. It has two segments: baseball and Mixed-Use Development. Baseball segment includes its operations relating to the Braves baseball franchise and Truist Park and includes ticket sales, concessions, local broadcasting rights, advertising sponsorships, suites and premium seat fees, retail and licensing. Mixed-use development segment includes retail, office, hotel and entertainment operations within The Battery Atlanta.
