It holds interest in the Voyageur Lands, a separate magmatic nickel-copper-PGM exploration, which covers more than 360 square miles in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. The Company owns 100% of the 240-claim Nighthawk Property in the central Walker Lane gold belt in Esmeralda County, Nevada, which covers an area of approximately 4,800 acres. Its subsidiaries include Trans Superior Resources, Inc. and Voyageur Lands Corporation. The Nighthawk Property is prospective for near-surface, open pit/heap leach-recoverable oxide gold/silver mineralization.
