The Company owns, directly or indirectly through joint ventures, and leases to independent operators, 258 skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), multiservice campuses, assisted living facilities (ALFs) and independent living facilities (ILFs), consisting of approximately 28,088 operational beds and units located in 32 states with the highest concentration of properties by rental income located in California and Texas.
