Dottikon ES Holding AG is a Switzerland-based holding company that specializes in hazardous chemistry and focuses on the exclusive synthesis of fine chemicals for the pharmaceutical and chemical industries. The Company also offers distillation plants and thin layer evaporators for the recycling of solvents, as well as high temperature incinerators for the waste treatment of hazardous waste. As of March 31, 2012, the Company had two wholly owned subsidiaries: DOTTIKON EXCLUSIVE SYNTHESIS AG and DOTTIKON ES MANAGEMENT AG. It also held a 33.9%-stake in SYSTAG, System Technik AG.
