First Nordic Metals Corp., formerly Barsele Minerals Corp., is an explorer and project developer. The Company’s flagship is the Barsele gold project, located in Sweden and in a joint venture with gold producer Agnico Eagle Mines Ltd. The Barsele property is located about 40 kilometers (km) southeast of the town of Storuman in Vasterbottens Lan, a regional district of northern Sweden approximately 600 km due north of Stockholm. The flagship of the portfolio is the 100,000-hectare (ha) district-scale position in Sweden covering almost the entire Gold Line belt and a significant portion of the Skellefte VMS belt and covering about 100 km belt position of regional first-order structural corridors. Immediately surrounding the Barsele project, the Company is the 100%-owner of a district-scale license position of close to about 100,000 ha on both the Gold Line and Skellefte VMS belts. Additionally, in northern Finland, the Company holds the entire underexplored Oijarvi Greenstone Belt.
