Foran Mining Corporation is a Canada-based copper-zinc-gold-silver exploration and development company. The Company’s McIlvenna Bay project is located within the documented traditional territory of the Peter Ballantyne Cree Nation, comprises the infrastructure and works related to development activities of the Company, and hosts the McIlvenna Bay Deposit and Tesla Zone. The Company also owns the Bigstone Deposit, a resource-development stage deposit located 25 kilometers (km) southwest of the McIlvenna Bay Property. It holds a total of 111 mineral claims and one mineral lease, covering approximately 136,124 hectares (ha), which are part of the McIlvenna Bay Project. It holds an option to acquire the Denare West property, consisting of 10 mineral claims covering approximately 21,066 ha. It also holds an option to acquire the Hanson Lake Property, consisting of a single claim located approximately five km northwest of the McIlvenna Bay Deposit and covering over 4,510 ha.
