As of December 31, 2011, the Company’s subsidiaries were Idrocarburi Italiana Srl, Gas Plus Italiana SpA, Gas Plus Storage Srl, Gas Plus Reti Srl, Gas Plus Vendite Srl and Gas Plus Energia Srl.
