Georgia Capital PLC provides a platform for buying, building, and developing businesses in Georgia and monetizing investments as they mature. Its focus is on large scale investment opportunities in Georgia, which have the potential to reach at least GEL 300 million equity value over three to five years from the initial investment and to monetize them through exits, as investments mature. Its listed and observable portfolio companies segment includes a 20% equity stake in the water utility business, and investment in Bank of Georgia Group PLC. Its large portfolio companies segment includes investments in hospitals (Large and Specialty Hospitals and Regional and Community Hospitals), retail (pharmacy) and insurance businesses. Its investment stage portfolio companies segment includes investments in clinics and diagnostics, renewable energy, and education businesses. Its other portfolio companies segment includes housing development, hospitality, beverages, and auto service businesses.
