Georgina Energy PLC is a helium, hydrogen, and natural resources development and production company based in Australia. The Company’s projects include Hussar, and Mt Winter. The Company’s principal onshore interests held through its wholly owned Australian subsidiary, Westmarket Oil & Gas. The Hussar Prospect is located in the Officer Basin in Western Australia and Westmarket O&G holds a 100% working interest in the exploration permit. The area consists of 46 graticular blocks, (3,574 square kilometers (km2)). The Company also has a 75% interest (with the potential to extend to 90%) in a second prospect, EPA155 Mt Winter Prospect, is located in the Amadeus Basin in the Northern Territory. The helium is used in cryogenics, welding, inert atmospheres, electronics, lifting, pressure & purging, hybrid vehicles, and helium-filled hard drives.
