The Company has acquired Wyoming Jade Fields Project, by staking 99 mineral lode claims covering in excess of 1,800 acres. The claims cover five contiguous blocks in areas where field work found geology favorable for jade formation. This includes abundant nephrite jade float, sub-crop and in-situ jade occurrences as well as numerous small-scale production pits.
