Its residential homes include the Cristal Apartments portfolio, such as Coleherne Road, London (SW10); Ladbroke Grove, London (W10); and Deanery Court, Chapel Riverside, Southampton. Its retirement homes include the Osprey portfolio, which consists of approximately seven freehold properties. Its Osprey portfolio includes Heathside, Osprey Court, Challoner Court, Chymedden, Town Mill, Manor House Court, and Millside Place. Its Coleherne Road, London (SW10) is a freehold property at 25 Coleherne Road contains ten studio flats.
