NEO Energy Metals PLC is a United Kingdom-based uranium developer and mining company. The Company holds up to a 70% stake in the Henkries Uranium Project, an advanced mine located in South Africa's Northern Cape Province. The Henkries deposit is located about 80 kilometers (km) north of Springbok in the Northern Cape Province, which is host to a number of operating uranium mines, including Rossing and Langer Heinrich. The Company also holds a 100% interest in the Beisa North and Beisa South Uranium and Gold Projects in the Witwatersrand Basin, located in the Free State Province of South Africa. The Beisa North and Beisa South Uranium and Gold Projects, which have existing resources of 90Mlbs of U3O3 and 4.2Mozs of gold, extend over an area of approximately 80 square kilometers in the Witwatersrand Basin. It also holds an agreement to acquire a 100% interest in the Henkries South Uranium Project. The Henkries South Project extends over approximately 1,050 square kilometers.
