NET Power Inc. is a clean energy technology company. It is engaged in developing its proprietary NET Power Cycle, which transforms natural gas into low-cost, clean, and reliable power. The NET Power Cycle is designed to inherently capture carbon dioxide (CO2) while producing virtually no air pollutants such as sulfur oxides (SOX), nitrogen oxide (NOX) and other particulates. Its customers include electric utilities, oil and gas companies, midstream oil and gas companies, technology companies, and industrial facilities, both in domestic and international markets. It deploys its utility-scale plants across the world by partnering with power producers, energy producers, technology providers, local communities and other stakeholders.
