Its objective is to own and manage the most resilient retail portfolio in the United Kingdom, focusing on retail parks, core shopping centers, and regeneration opportunities, in order to deliver long-term attractive recurring income returns and capital growth for its shareholders. Its United Kingdom wide portfolio covers 6.1 million square feet and comprises 24 community shopping centers and 12 conveniently located retail parks occupied by tenants predominately focused on essential goods and services. In addition, it manages 18 retail parks and 21 shopping centers on behalf of Capital Partners, taking its total Assets Under Management to £2 billion. Its retail parks portfolio includes Waterfront Retail Park, Rishworth Centre Retail Park, Kittybrewster Retail Park and Sprucefield Retail Park.
