In addition, it manages 18 retail parks and 21 shopping centers on behalf of Capital Partners, taking its total Assets Under Management to £2 billion. Its retail parks portfolio includes Waterfront Retail Park, Rishworth Centre Retail Park, Kittybrewster Retail Park and Sprucefield Retail Park.
