The Technology Solutions segment provides end-to-end online retail and automated storage and retrieval solutions for general merchandise to corporate customers both in and outside of the United Kingdom. Technology Solutions includes Ocado Intelligent Automation. Its Ocado Smart Platform (OSP) is a configurable end-to-end e-commerce, fulfilment and logistics solution built to meet the demands of online grocery retail.
