(PEDCO), which is referred to as Permian Basin Asset and approximately 19,214 net D-J Basin acres located in Weld and Morgan Counties, Colorado, and Laramie County, Wyoming, through its wholly owned operating subsidiary, Red Hawk Petroleum, LLC (Red Hawk), which is referred to as D-J Basin Asset. It holds interests in 300 gross and net wells in its Permian Basin Asset, of which 25 are active producers, two wells are active injectors and two are active saltwater disposal wells.
