The Licensing segment comprises the licensing activities of Morris & Co., Sanderson, Zoffany, Clarke & Clarke, Harlequin, and Scion brands. The Manufacturing segment comprises the wallcovering and printed fabric manufacturing businesses is operated by Anstey and Standfast & Barracks respectively. Its manufacturing base comprises Anstey wallpaper factory in Loughborough and Standfast & Barracks, a fabric printing factory, in Lancaster.
