TBC Bank, together with its subsidiaries, is a universal banking group in Georgia. Its segments include Georgian financial services (GFS), Uzbekistan and Other. GFS segment includes three business sub segments: Corporate and investment banking; Retail, and Micro, small and medium enterprises. Uzbekistan segment includes TBC Bank Uzbekistan with respective subsidiaries and Payme (Inspired LLC). Its other financial services include TBC Insurance, TBC Pay and TBC Leasing. TBC Insurance is a provider of retail non-health insurance. TBC Pay offers convenient payments solutions to customers via its wide network of self-service terminals.
