It operates through a number of direct and indirect subsidiaries, including SNC Tour Eiffel Asset Management, SAS Locafimo, SCI Nowa, SCI Marceau Bezons, SCI Lyon Genlis, SCI De Brou, and SCI Rueil National, among others. On September 16, 2014, as a result of SMABTP’s public tender offer, SMABTP owns 89.88% of the Company.
